These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services of Simrol Indane Gramin Vitrak, an authorized distributor of Indane (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.). By contacting us or placing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
We are an authorized LPG distributor for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. operating in Simrol, Mhow and surrounding areas of Indore district, Madhya Pradesh. All LPG products, prices, subsidies and connection rules are governed by IOCL policies and applicable Government of India regulations.
2. Bookings & deliveries
- Cylinder refills can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or the IVRS / official Indane channels.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on stock availability, route and weather conditions.
- The customer must be available at the registered address with a valid consumer number / Aadhaar at the time of delivery.
- Please check the seal, weight and ISI marking of the cylinder at the time of delivery. Concerns must be raised immediately with the delivery person.
3. Pricing
- The applicable price is the one notified by IOCL on the date of delivery.
- Subsidy (if applicable) is credited directly to the customer’s Aadhaar-linked bank account by the Government of India under the DBTL scheme.
- GST and other statutory charges, where applicable, are payable by the customer.
4. Payments
We accept cash and UPI payments at the time of delivery. Always collect a printed cash memo / digital receipt for every refill and connection-related payment.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Use only ISI/BIS-marked LPG accessories (suraksha hose, regulator, stove).
- Replace the suraksha hose every 2 years and follow the safety tips listed on our website.
- Do not modify, tamper with or refill the cylinder yourself. Doing so is unsafe and may void the connection.
- Keep your consumer number and registered mobile number updated with us.
6. Cancellations & refunds
A booking may be cancelled before the cylinder is dispatched. Any refund for an undelivered booking is processed as per IOCL guidelines. We do not charge a separate booking or website fee.
7. Safety & emergency
In case of a suspected leak, fire or any LPG emergency, please close the regulator immediately, ventilate the area and call us on +91 94250 77071 or the LPG Emergency Helpline 1906.
8. Intellectual property
The “Indane” name and logo are trademarks of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. We use them as an authorized distributor. All other website content (text, layout, images) is the property of Simrol Indane Gramin Vitrak and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, IOCL system outages, force majeure events, or misuse of LPG by the customer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
